Watch out Costa Rica and Panama

So just want to let you know that we are all still alive and doing amazing. We arrived to Costa Rica last week and started in Turrialba at a beautiful jungle mountain top hotel. It had amazing views and the nicest locals that we have met. Just imagine hot rain, beautiful lighting and orchids everywhere. We rafted down the Pacuare, one of the top five rivers to raft in the world, according to National Geographic magazine. It was so hard, constant class 2 to 4 rapids, yet we were surrounded by picturesque canyons and jungle. We saw our first Tucans ever, swam down rapids, and even got to jump off cliffs (Jack got his gainers in!)Our guide Daniel was he best and let us do 360's down some of the rapids. The trip was 18 miles in abou four hours, by it was probably one of the hardest things any of us have eve done on a river. The white water rafting world championship is on this river in October! Crazy beautful and a great way to start the Central America leg of our adventures. Great pictures to come soon, we promise. Then we ventured to Puerto Viejo on the Carribean side of Costa Rica. the weather was warm and muggy, but that just forced us to stay in the warm, blue, tropical fish filled ocean. Paradise! We stayed at a party hostel Rockin' J's and a retreat hostel in Playa Cocles. This place was probably the prettiest beach we have seen so far, Manuel Antonio is close, but this place had the Rasta vibe that is very fitting for Seamber's lifestyle! Reggae and Pura vida. We made some awesome friends at the hostel including the owner J and his many helpers. Gerard was awesome and welcomed us well to the beautiful paradise. We drank, swam, and took an amazing bike ride to Manzanillo about seven miles from the town. Amber and I saw sloths, monkeys and even more Tucans. We met the friendliest people at the bar and once again fell in love with the people.Pura vida!!!!! So that is just a quick update. We are now in Panama and staying at a hostel completely above water on an Island! We are having so much fun with our buddy Jack and are so glad to share this experience with him. Pictures will come soon, we are just having too much fun and not enough time to post each day. We love our family and miss you tons. Have a great week and we will put more info up when we get to a computer. In the mean time it is so HOT I need the ocean good thing it's a foot away. Time to jump in!
